WHAT'S INCLUDED
The Total Core Workout Challenge
This class will take you through a great series of exercises that will hit your obliques and rectus abdominis - waking up your abs. There’s a fun added challenge to the beginning and end of this workout that will test your endurance and placement.
Core Endurance and Strength Workout
Not your typical core program. This workout will test your mental and physical strength. Because you will have the opportunity to clock in your best time at the end it’s a great workout to revisit and see how you’re growing in strength and stamina.
Full Core Stability Circuit
Each of the movements in this circuit are programmed to help activate your entire center; from your abdominals and all the way out to your hips and shoulders. It’s the perfect combination of movements for a warm-up, before hitting the stage, or to work on improving the stability and coordination of your core.
Power and Obliques Circuit
This program incorporates all the areas of our core that I find are often overlooked. These movements will help build up your strength and stamina to improve the power and control of your core; one a dancer’s greatest assets when it comes to improving their movement quality and dynamics.
Quick 7 Min Core Burner
With only a few exercises to run through, this circuit may be quicker but it won’t fall short of building your strength and making your abs burn. Each one of these exercises is tough to get through and is a great program to practice if you’re looking to build your power and strength.
Quick 7 Min Endurance Circuit
This may be a quicker circuit but don’t let that fool you. The programming of these movements will put your core’s endurance to the test. An amazing circuit to help improve your stamina, core engagement and stability.
