A highly requested class that walks through some of my top movements and stretches that help improve your point. This is the class my popular before and after pictures come from. Dancers can expect to finish this class with a notable difference in their point. It’s encouraged to practice this series on a regular basis to see consistent change in the flexibility of your ankle and range of motion of your foot.
